Quer crachás personalizados?
Mas não sabe qual a melhor forma de me enviar o seu desenho... não há problema.
Aqui encontra as questões mais frequentes relacionadas com a personalização de crachás.
O que preciso enviar?
Tudo o que preciso de si é o seu trabalho (desenho, imagem, foto, etc) que quer que apareça no crachá. Faço tudo o resto e envio-lhe o crachá finalizado, pronto para que possa vender ou oferecer.
Se tiver apenas um logotipo, uma imagem ou uma foto, posso adaptar à forma circular e adicionar o texto que quiser sem custo adicional.
Designs com muitos pormenores ou com muitas palavras, normalmente não são boa ideia...
É igualmente verdade que o preto sobre branco funciona melhor do que o inverso, se o seu trabalho contém linhas ou texto muito finos.
Se constatar que o trabalho fornecido não se adapta bem ao crachá ou se tiver pouca qualidade, informo-o e tento oferecer soluções para o melhorar.
DICA IMPORTANTE: Não desenhe o circulo à volta do seu design a não ser que queira que o círculo apareça mesmo no crachá.
Uso cortantes que fazem o corte com a medida exacta e tenho os meus templates para poder trabalhar. Se quiser desenhar um circulo para servir como guia, envie-me 2 versões do design - uma com o círculo e outra sem círculo.
Tenha também em consideração que embora eu faça o melhor na combinação de cores, o processo de impressão pode alterar inevitavelmente algumas cores. Enquanto que no monitor do computador a cor possa parecer mais brilhante, no crachá pode não ser exactamente igual.
Como é que envio o meu trabalho?
Pode enviar-me o seu trabalho por email ou por correio. O email é a melhor forma - é rápido e fácil para ambos.
Se enviar o seu trabalho por email, siga estas instruções:
Se enviar uma imagem em PhotoShop (.psd):
Por exemplo para 25mm: O seu trabalho deverá caber num circulo de 25mm, se enviar um ficheiro .psd, é ideal que seja com 300dpi e a medida com 295 pixels de diâmetro (incluíndo qualquer rebordo branco). Se quiser que o seu design tenha margem no extremo do crachá, acrescente 2mm para rebordo (o seu design terá então 319 pixels de diâmetro com 300dpi).
Certifique-se que o seu trabalho está formatado para PC - Não trabalho com Mac.
Se enviar outro tipo de ficheiro (incluíndo .eps, .ai, .tif, .pdf ou .jpg):
Redimensiono o seu trabalho e obtêm-se melhores resultados se o seu trabalho for maior que a medida do crachá, especialmente se for .jpg
Nota: Por favor não envie trabalhos muito pesados.
Certifique-se se possível, que o seu trabalho tem 5 ou 8cm (por ex: para crachás de 25mm) para que consiga reduzir ao tamanho exacto.
Certifique-se que o seu trabalho está formatado para PC - Não trabalho com Mac.
Se enviar o trabalho em documento Word:
É o meu formato menos preferido porque o Word por vezes não partilha bem (versões) entre diferentes computadores.
O que posso fazer é ver o documento word recebido e enviar-lhe uma imagem .jpg do seu trabalho para que possa ver exactamente como recebi.
O Word é pelo menos uma boa forma que me permite ver o que pretende atingir com o seu projecto.
Se não tiver nada definido:
Envie-me o que tiver - um logotipo, uma foto ou uma imagem - e farei o melhor para o transformar num crachá.
Posso adicionar texto:
Não cobro nenhum extra para designs simples.
Se enviar o trabalho em CD ou DVD:
Se possível, certifique-se que o seu trabalho tem as dimensões como as descritas acima, dependendo do formato.
Certifique-se que o seu trabalho está formatado para PC - Não trabalho com Mac.
Se digitalizei o trabalho:
Terá melhor qualidade se o fizer com o mínimo de 300dpi.
Se enviar o trabalho em suporte de papel:
Posso produzir crachás com timbres de empresas, folhetos, desenhos em papel, etc..., mas relembro que quanto mais qualidade tiver, melhor será o aspecto final do crachá.
Se imprimi o trabalho em vez de enviar em CD ou DVD:
Certifique-se que está a usar a melhor qualidade de impressão disponível e use papel BRANCO de alta qualidade se possível, e que o trabalho é enviado juntamente com um cartão rígido e o envelope tenha escrito "Não dobrar".

Artwork Guide
So you want to get some badges made?But you don't know the best way to send me your design... no problem.Here are the most frequently asked questions relating to badge artwork.
What do I need to supply?All i need from you is the artwork that you want to appear on the badge. I do everything else and then deliver completely finished pinned button badges ready for you to sell or give away.If you only have a logo, image or photo, i can crop it into a circular design and then add any text you require at no additional cost.
Very intricate designs or too many words are not usually a good idea...It's equally true that black on white works better than white on black if your artwork contains fine lines or fine text.If i feel that the supplied artwork is unsuitable for a button badge or is of too poor quality, i will inform you and try to offer suggestions to improve it.
TOP TIP: Do not draw your own circle around your design - unless you want a circle to appear on your finished badges that is. I use cutters to cut the exact size and have my own templates to work from. If you want to draw a circle as a guide send me two versions of the design - one with the circle and one without.Please also bear in mind that although i do my best to match colours, the printing process will inevitably slightly alter some colours. And what a colour looks like on a brightly lit computer screen won't be exactly the same on a button badge anyway.
How do I send you my artwork?You can send your artwork to me by email or by post. Email is best - it's quick and easy for both of us.
If e-mailing your artwork please follow these instructions:
If sending a PhotoShop image (.psd):For example, with 25mm: Your artwork should fit within a 25mm circle and so if sending a .psd file, ideally it needs to be at 300dpi and the design needs to be 295 pixels in diameter (including any white border).If you want your design to bleed around the edge of the badge, add 2mm for bleed (your design will then be 319 pixels in diameter at 300dpi).
Please ensure your artwork is formatted for a PC - i do not use Macs.
If sending any other image (including .eps, .ai, .tif, .pdf or .jpg):I will resize your artwork here and will get better results if your artwork is larger than button badge size, especially if it is a .jpgNote: Please don't email very large pieces of artwork.If possible make sure your artwork is two to three inches in diameter (5-8cm) so that i can reduce it to the exact size required (ex: for 25mm size).
Please ensure your artwork is formatted for a PC - i do not use Macs.
If sending your artwork as a Word document:My least favourite format because Word does not share documents well between computers.What i will do is look at the Word document received and send you a .jpg version of your artwork so that you can see exactly what i have received.Word is at least a good way to let me see what you are trying to achieve design wise.
If you don't have any artwork as such:Send what you have - a logo, a photo or an image - and i will do my best to transform it into a button badge.
I can add text here:I do not charge any extra for simple designs.
If sending your artwork on a CD or a DVD:If possible make sure your artwork is sized as above depending on the format
Please ensure your artwork is formatted for a PC - I do not use Macs.
If you are scanning artwork:It will look best at a minimum of 300dpi.
If sending your artwork on paper:I can produce button badges from letterheads, leaflets and artwork on paper, but again the better the quality the artwork the better your button badges will look.
If you are printing out artwork as opposed to sending it on a CD or DVD:Please ensure that you are using the best quality setting available and also use high quality WHITE art paper if at all possible, and that your artwork is protected by stiff card and that the envelope is clearly marked "do not bend".

I don't have any artwork - can you help?If you want something simple - for example text only on a badge such as "SAVE ANIMALS" - i can probably help you. I can do this for you free of charge.
If you are looking for something more detailed and can't produce the artwork yourselfI suggest you ask a friend with a graphics package on their computer to help you out.
I have a logo and know what text needs to go on the badge, but don't have the software to run the text in a semi-circle around the outer edge of the design. Can you help?I certainly can. Just send the artwork plus the text you need to run around the outer edge of the badge.
